Practical and Tutorial

Part A: Recoloring

Apply skin color and change the layer mode to multiply

Apply cloth color and change layer mode to multiply

Apply eyes color and change layer mode to color

Apply background color and change layer mode to multiply

Part 2: The Breakdown

First try
I use the highlight skin tone from the given skin reference image and the hair color from the given hair reference image. Then apply details like eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, and shadow over it for a more complete look.

Second try
I do the same steps for this photo, but I add a light pink color on the nails and change the layer mode to soft light to make the nails color not so gray.
