REFLECTION
Throughout this task, I realised how important that express a
character's personality and strory through splash art. Working on the
splash art made me see how the different combination of lightning,
pose, elements and colour give people different understanding about
the character. It was challenging at first, but also very fun to
explore different splash art and make my character feel powerful,
elegant and connected to her personality. This task pushed me to think
deeper about what makes a character visually attractive and
meaningful.
I feel like this task help me build more understanding about the
character design structure and more confident in the design direction.
Even though sometimes I wasn't sure that if my ideas were strong
enough, but after getting feedback and refining the artwork helped me
understand my own style better. Overall, I enjoyed the experience
because it was so much fun of creating your own character that you can
put everthing that you want to the character. I hope to improve and
develop more complex character in the future.
